Smoked Salmon Recipe: Smoked Salmon Rolls

What I like best about this smoked salmon recipe is that it’s fun to make and even more fun to eat. Ask my kids! They all enjoy this smoked salmon recipe. That’s why it’s a winner for me. Ingredients:

4 to 8-inch tortillas
8oz cream cheese at room temperature
2 tbsp of chives
1/4 tsp dill weed
8oz smoked salmon slices
julienned cucumber (optional)
a squeeze of lemon juice (optional)

Steps:
1. Get a small bowl. Toss chives, dill weed, lemon juice, and cream cheese into your bowl.

2. Lay out tortillas.

3. Place 2 oz of smoked salmon on each tortilla.

4. On top of the smoked salmon, spread 1/4 of the cream cheese mixture. Add some cucumber, if you like.

5. Roll the tortillas to create wraps. Then, slice and stick with a toothpick to hold shape.

6. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
